This is the email I just sent ACME TOOLS. I placed an order on November 19th for some Dewalt lithium ion batteries and a “Free” jigsaw tool 20 V X-RAY Max. I paid $200 and received the batteries. NO JIGSAW AS ADVERTISED. I received emails from your company on 11/27/21, 12/4/21, 12/9/21, 1/1/22, 1/16/22 and 1/30/22 stating that I should expect delays. I checked your website on January 16 and you had the jigsaw in stock. Your company replied that this was a promotional jigsaw and you could not use your stock to fulfill my order from your company. That was ridiculous at the time and still is. Don’t sell what you don’t have! Take care of your customers and don’t take their money if you can’t provide them with the product. AGAIN, you had this item in stock. It has been TWO months since I have received any email updates from you and FOUR MONTHS SINCE YOU TOOK MY MONEY FOR A PRODUCT YOU SOLD AND DIDN’T DELIVER. I AM FINISHED WAITING. Tomorrow I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and writing as many reviews as I can on the problem I have had with your company. I would prefer to just get the tool.

!DO NOT ORDER FROM ACME! Ordered a Milwaukee M12 Heated Jacket From Acme and received my order 4 days late. I opened the package to find an open box product with only the charger and battery inside. I emailed them and they sent another jacket. The second one I received was in a beaten open box with the jacket removed and then replaced. I will not order from acme again I cannot believe that they are unable to understand that when I pay 200 dollars for a jacket I want it to be new in the box unopened.

They didn't send the product on time as specified on the website. I am not even sure they had it in stock as advertised. They didn't send tracking. They gave me a hassle on the phone as I tried to cancel. I literally told the lady I wouldn't be around to even accept the product because of when it was being shipped. I was told to call their shipping company and make arrangements to cancel. The shipping company told me they couldn't do so without authorization at ACME. So the product will continue to ship, with no regard for our environment. No regard for their customers. All they care about is money.

About a month ago I ordered a natural gas heater from Acme tools. When the installer tried to set it up, he discovered that it had two broken parts. I called the company and they told me to set it on the porch and they would send FedEx out to pick it up in the morning. So I did just that. In the morning I met the FedEx driver who had the instructions to pick up the box but said he was not given a call tag. He took the box and said he would match it with the call tag when he got back to the facility. The box never got back to Acme and they refuse to refund me. I tried to appeal via my payment source, PayPal, and they cannot help me because FedEx did not give me a tracking number. I am out $200.

They advertise a free tool or battery with the purchase of a Milwaukee drill set but that is pure bs ! They say it’s available at check out but it’s not . False advertising to get your business!

Ordered $250 of tools. FedEx show it was delivered but it was not delivered to my address. Back and forth with acme and they just push the blame on FedEx. Won’t refund or reship items. Have to pay to dispute it with my bank to get my money back. I will never use this company again and I purchase a lot of tools for my business. What a headache. This place sucks sucks!!!

Avoid this seller. Did not deliver the item, kept me waiting for 14 days while the item was supposed to be received within 6 days after placing the order. I was never contacted by this seller to give a reason why it was delayed!
