I purchased a Yeti cooler for my son for Christmas 2021. I chose Acme because they offered a rare “sale” price on an Yeti. At the time I ordered it it was back-ordered until March. I would periodically receive an email saying it was still back ordered despite the same cooler being in stock on numerous other sites. Finally, in August 2022 I gave up and canceled the order and bought direct from Yeti. I don’t believe Acme ever intended to fulfill this sale-priced order.

These people are frauds.I ordered a "new " 204pc DEWALT tool set.What I got was a used/returned set with a flawed ratchet and no factory packaging.When I informed them I was told I could return it for a replacement. What I did receive?, the exact set I returned.Steer clear of this bunch

I had ordered a Honda 28" Snowblower for almost $4,000 for my business, in the beginning of August. I double, triple and quaduple checked with customer service to make sure that the order was confirmed because they charged my credit card. After speaking with approximately 4 different customer service agents who ping-ponged me back and forth with "yes, it's confirmed" to "no, our inventory was wrong", the final verdict was "no, you're not going to get it". Now, I'm waiting for a credit of almost $4,000 to go back on my card AFTER I just made a payment...creating a huge credit on my card instead of it not being in my account. This was a HUGE waste of my time and effort, and I will NEVER use ACME Tools again...for anything! You would think that with being in business for approximately 70 years and with today's technology, their inventory system would be accurate. I guess old habits of not doing your job correctly die hard.

Acme Tools does not respect me privately. I have not bought anything from them. They keep sending me emails. sales email = spam. Impossible to get rid of them!

List prices on website are fake. items showing a "discount" are normal retail price. this company is shady.

I ordered a birthday present for my husband that was over $500.---Hard saved for money for me. They sent a ship notice with Fedex tracking. Item never arrived the day specified and I couldn't get info from Fedex despite trying daily. I finally emailed Acme just to let them know that there was no tracking update info. I was told that IF my order did not arrive in 3 days I should "take it up with Paypal"!!! (I used paypal to pay). I was gobsmacked. So, they figured that my not receiving what I ordered and paid for was not their problem??? I just never had any reputable company do this to me before. I knew then that I could not trust them, and I called Paypal immediately and read them the email from Acme. They too thought it was pretty bad. They were great, and said that IF I did not receive my order within 3 more days they would personally file a claim for me, and not to worry. Acme is completely UNPROFESSIONAL, with horrible 'customer service'. I was finally able to get some news from Fedex and SUPPOSEDLY my order is to be delivered today. Despite this, this company could care less, and took my money and then washed their hands of any responsibility for making sure I received what was ordered. I do NOT recommend them and I will never order/buy from them again.

Ordered some clamps from Acme tools and they arrived and where as described. It was a great deal and I am not complaining about that. For that transaction I would give them 5 stars. But in the box was their advertisement flyer dated to end on 3/31/22. I noticed on the front page that they had the Dewalt Atomic DCF921B Impact Wrench (Tool Only) advertised for 119.00 and includes a free powerstack starter kit. What a great deal! I went to the website to order only to find it for 199.00. Big difference... So I tried to call and order this over the phone. Was told they have to go by the website price and that was an error which if you read the back of the flyer, they have written "reserve the right to correct errors" I get it and feel the same way that if it is an error that is understandable. What is NOT UNDERSTANDABLE is why they still send this flyer out to customers when they know about the problem or error! At that point to continue to advertise the mistake is just MISLEADING when you know about the mistake. ACME TOOLS needs to stop using that flyer if they don't want to honor the pricing in the flyer. It actually seems intentional and is more like a bait and switch issue when your customer service representatives immediately know about the problem. Acme Tools, you need to stop sending out the flyer or at least make the correction before you send it out. A simple sticker with the corrected price could have avoided this situation. Or even a simple pop up window when someone goes to the website to order this would show it was a mistake and not intentional!

DO NOT BUY MILWAUKEE RECONDITIONED TOOLS FROM THEM. Bought first tool, constantly jammed... had to have fixed. Second order, missing parts to actually use it... returned same day, will not give me my money back, they want to "negotiate a refund" ... these guys are poison. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
