Beware!!! They automatically charge your credit card in 2 years whether you want them or use them!!!! Then it's hard to contact them and navigate their system to officially cancel!! If you do finally get somebody on the phone they don't speak English....Shady company!

This was once a decent place for ACLS training; however, they have changed to something unrecognizable. The interface is wholly not user-friendly; it doesn't have the downloadable manual it once did. Everything has to be accessed online through their portal; the problem is that the website and portal lack basic functionality and are nearly impossible to navigate. I took the test three times and missed the 80%. I was looking everywhere for a manual and thought I would spend time over the weekend rather than doing it after work...pointless, I emailed and asked to unlock my account and was informed that because I had taken the exam three times and not passed, I had to pay for the whole course again! Abysmal customer support, ridiculously complicated website, and student educational products nearly non-existent!
