Honest and very reliable business, great customer service always quick to respond to any queries. I’ve purchased many times from this business and the quality of the items are excellent, I tend to go with the premium quality that’s just my personal preference. They also source items on request so for me this service is fantastic.

I ordered a straw shoulder bag and after I made the payment, I realised it was identical to the LOEWE bag. I enquired the seller about it via email and then, the seller admitted it was a copy of the brand bag. The problem was that the word "copy" was nowhere on their website. I was going to take it to Japan but if I did, I would be caught at the customs. Japanese authorities are very strict about bringing copies into Japan. For those who bring copies into Japan, not only the items would be confiscated at the airport but also the travellers would pay hefty penalties and may get criminal records. Anyhow, the seller agreed to give me a refund but she wouldn't pay for shipping, even though she was selling the bag illegally. From now on, I will buy designer brands from the authorised shops.
