Sent the wrong item, no customer service, and slow shipping. The website says items will ship the same day and it is 3 to 5 day shipping. It took 10 days to receive my items and they were incorrect. I immediately contacted the company, with no response. They do not have a phone number or chat, the only way to contact them is to send them an email either to their email address or through the web form. It has been several days and still no response not even an automated message saying my email has been received.

Bought 2 chairs. Arrived in decent time. The first time using one of them it broke. I emailed their customer service about their lifetime warranty and no one will respond.

Order was easy. Sale price was great. Shipping/tracking was easy and arrived as expected.

Order “shipped” on 1/18. Label was only created. The package has not been received by the post office as of yet and it is now 2/2. Who knows when I’ll actually receive the order this company has claimed to have shipped. Received this email to review my order. I’d love to had I actually received it. I guess a chargeback is next.
