Still waiting 5+ months for an item that showed in stock at the time it was ordered. It's nearly impossible to get any real updates. They send evasive, generic responses and only with pushing do you get information (that is still unhelpful). The delays keep getting longer. What started as a few weeks have turned into months. Accucut.com used to be an amazing company. They apparently sold and the new owners moved production to China. They are "setting up a new warehouse" which has led to absurdly long delays. These delays are not disclosed on the website and their page implies they are still USA-based. As a long time customer, it's really a shame how unreliable this company has become.

Accucut used to be a great company with pretty great customer service, but something has happened to them...and not for the better. Not sure if it's cost-cutting initiatives within the company during this economy but customer service has tanked and die turnarounds are absurdly long. (a month now) When you have a problem, you're given generic turnarounds (that have passed) then if you reach out again, those timeframes are longer and the carousel goes around.
