I subscribed to a Netflix account, but as soon as the Netflix account password is changed you are done, there is no customer support no chat window nothing, there is no way to contact support, and even if you open a ticket still nothing, also I tried to replace the account but it's bugged and it's not working at all, by the way, it's been more than 1 week and I'm waiting for someone to fix my issue or offer me another account but still nothing that's why it's a waste of time and waste of money, I think we have to report this website because it's full of scammers.

Was a good website when i used it 2 years ago now it is dead.. I am not getting any account replacemnts from past 6 months. Hope they fix it..

Don’t buy anything from them, I opened a ticket one month ago and still haven’t got a reply from them. Looks like they are scammers.

These guys are nothing but scammers these days. Anyone that has paid by credit or debit card can do a card chargeback via their bank or card provider. I know people will be reluctant to draw attention to what they have bought. I successfully got my money back by telling my bank it was a "account share" then sending screenshots as evidence of my ticket i opened a month ago on Accountbot.io with no response from the seller. I know it was a small amount, but why let them keep it? Hope this helps others!

I have bought Chess.com subscription, but of course the account is invalid. I am trying to use the "replace" feature on the website and it does not work, just says "Error". I have contacted support by creating a ticket, but no response for 5 days already.
