Account works fine, haven't had to replace it so far, but it's impossible to get support or have questions answered. Discord server says all tickets are responded to within 24 hours, but my tickets are over 2 weeks without a reply.

Avoid at all costs ! Netflix subscription stopped working after a few days, auto replacement does not work and 4 support tickets sent during the last 10 days haven't been answered at all ! You have no way to contact them, they don't have an email and their discord channel won't let you post any messages !! The subscriptions might work for a few days but when they stop working, there's nothing you can do. I will contact my bank to request a refund to my CC because I was scammed.

I bought a chrunchyroll subscription for one year. After 2 months the account is no longer premium. The auto replacement isn't working, stuck in error account status. A lot of tickets added without having an answer (they said in discord that they reply within 24 hours) so that s not the case here. I'm really disappointed

Since 1.04 nobody contact with me. I paid 3 $ for Netflix and send 5 ticket to support and they do nothnig. They send my wrong password and that's all...

""" That is nice, but you can still buy products without a delivery of those. There is nowhere written that a module has to be functional in order to get what you pay for.
