i've been a subscriber for 2 years now since .sh and now .io. it was good earlier but at the time of writing this, i have been trying to get a replacement account for weeeks now as it can't seem to give a working login. is this service on the verge of going down the drain? their discord doesn't work too and not a soul replies to the contact form.
