Disappointing results
My press release did not get carried in any of the websites that are indexed on Google. Another newswire gives better results at less cost. Very disappointed!

Would leave 0 if that rating were possible. Total scam. Took money and never published our release. Use a trusted site like BusinessWire.

Very disappointed due to misleading agreement & irresponsibilty
Overall quality is good, except the very insecured payment. Also, misleading and misguiding about monthly subscription plan. Contract's signed Aug 26 but account only be set up on Sept 3. We only have 3 weeks left to prep for PR and then they overcharge. Very disappointed to the fake promise and irresponsible support from Account team(Hailey) and customer success manager (Nicholas). Please take your own risk when you deal with AccessWire. I hope you guys at AccessWire reconsider your way of support to retain customers and gain referrals

Did not gain one customer on a national add
They did national advertising and it did not yield one customer. The only people to respond were more people wanting my money to advertise. In short, they got negative results.

Communication issues
My credit card was charged, and I have no contact info for who I am supposed to work with for my EDGAR filing. No follow up from whoever is working with me. I had to pay in advance and I don't know what to do. They said someone would email me, but that did not happen.

Avoid them like the plague
Before you even realize that they are unable to help you, you have to sign up for their program and you cannot get your money back. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible customer service, terrible results. This was a giant waste of our money.

Accesswire Review: Unacceptable Service and Scam
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After placing an order and paying an extra $100 USD for a article in USA Today, they informed me that the magazine was not available. Despite this, they refused to refund my money. To make matters worse, they blacklisted my account, removed it entirely, and have not responded to my calls or messages. This experience has been highly frustrating and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid dealing with this company.
