accempire.comReviews of accempire.com

Absolutely terrible, I bought a $200 account just for them to take it back within 12 hours they’re nothing but a scam and when you try to talk to customer support they close out your ticket even if you give them evidence I will never do business with these sorry people again and I advise people to not buy anything from them or they’ll do you the same way.

The account was locked after 2 days and support would not help reaccessing the account nor refund the $50 we paid for the Iron account. Not acceptable at all.

they will never help you if your lucky you will get a working account but they will take it after 2 days but if ur not lucky you will get false information about the account and then if you talk to support they will ghost you or ban you so never buy from this website and im posting my experience on youtube

SCAM! Purchased a blocked account and they do nothing but ignore me. I cant see me getting what I paid for or my money back. Avoid this site. I don't care if this review hurts their image, learn how to run a business where customer support comes first, you might get somewhere.

I have purchased two accounts, and left another review of my experience with accempire - the two accounts i receieved from them were fake (banned) accounts so were unable to use. I had lodged a query with them but they took over 7 days to reply to it so i decided to make a review on trust pilot. only once i made the review they decided to reply. their reply wasnt to help, their reply was " please remove your rating on trustpilot it is hurting us, we will give you a full refund for both accounts in 15 days. if you do not remove your review within 12 hours we will cancel the refund." This behaviour from this company is unacceptable.. They are meant to be giving me a refund regardless of my review, they gave me a faulty product that doesnt work and wouldnt give me the time of day until they saw that i had put a bad review of them down. and now they are blackmailing me in order to get my money back. what a bunch of scammers. do not fall for their nice looking website. its a scam

I bought a Genshin Impact account from them, played for 2 weeks and then changed the email address. When I checked, I saw that they are similar to the email addresses they use. I wrote to them about it, but they replied late and "we didn't do it". I wrote my complaint here and they sent me an e-mail and said to delete your complaint and refund your fee, I did what they said and deleted my complaint. It's been 1 month and no refund. They never respond to my messages. They stole my $50 money. Let others not experience this theft at least.

I purchased a 15$ account that simply...isn't working. I tried to contact customer service 5 times but they just ignore me and close the ticket. When it's too good to be true...it's a scam. Very disappointed.

I bought an account and when I logged in, someone else was playing on it!
