Accelerated Strategies. . . To Use or Not To Use
After a lengthy period of mastering the art of procrastination, my wife and I had finally turned the corner and pursued our objective of accelerating the payoff of our first mortgage. Accelerated Strategies came into the fold after my wife viewed a talk on YouTube by Sam Kwak about the company and its purpose. As the saying goes, the rest is history! We reached out to inquire about how to get things going and our first point of contact was Albert Sanchez, a Qualification Specialist. Then, we were referred to an appointment specialist (pardon me for his name skips me at the moment) who gathered more information prior to our being assigned to Ryan Lane, a Senior Strategist. During the process, we were already being coached by Ryan Lane, to view more videos from their archives, attend virtual workshops and presentations pertinent to our objectives. He was open to communicating via email and/or phone calls for any other questions that had surfaced during and after our orientation. After receiving advise to obtain a HELOC, we have been in regular contact with Ryan, our Senior Strategist. I would describe him as our coach and mentor. Since procuring our HELOC with our local financial institution, he has basically been available to make certain that we got into the correct program and that it was, in fact, compatible with the goal of paying off our remaining mortgage balance in 10 years or less. In all honesty, yes, there are fees involved with this program. However, the cost of the plan we opted for will be negligible compared to the massive savings we would gain as a result of having signed onto the Accelerated Strategies program. You have total freedom and discretion whether to use their service or not. For my wife and I, it's all about trusting the process, trusting the program and trusting whomever your strategist may be. In our particular situation, we are grateful and blessed to have the services of our Senior Strategist, Ryan Lane!
