Kate helped us through the process in spite of the hurdles we went through. It was difficult at first since we started doing 1099 instead of W2s on our taxes. We got approved for a first lien HELOC in November 2021 for $220K which was what we owed on our mortgage. We paid this down to $77K by January 2023.
