I had my 1st home purchased with 1st Lien HELOC, via the Kwak Brothers program. Looking at the rate on traditional, it was a bit disturbing but first time hearing about the program I found it very good to be true, I thought to give it a try and I must admit, the team is very good to assist at anytime, I just closed my house 2/29/24 under the coaching of the team, thank you all especially Ryan Lane and Patrick Grimm. They were awesome.

I was helped by Patrick Grimm. Our overall experience was excellent. Patrick is knowledgable, patient and showed a genuine desire to help save us tons of money in interest. The fee we paid the kwak brothers has more than paid for itself. We received very good information and lots of support and guidance in actually implementing everything.

This program is amazing and I am so glad I saw the ad on Facebook and actually listened to it and scheduled an appointment! I cannot wait to be completely debt free, not just from my mortgage, but from all consumer debt as well in less than 4 years! I had heard about a similar strategy years ago but did not know how to purse it until I found Accelerated Banking. After watching a video with s short overview of how the system works, I set up an initial introductory conversation, Alberto (who was very cordial and informative). I knew this was something I had to explore further. Alberto set me up for an initial consultation ZOOM meeting with a strategist, where the system was explained to me in more depth. After joining up I received help with where to look for HELOC and what to look for in the HELOC so that it would be a good fit for the program’s optimal benefit to me. I closed on my HELOC and input the data into the AB spreadsheet. I will be paying off $40,000 of credit card debt and a $116000 mortgage (I have 24 more years to pay on it) in approximately 9.5 years using this system. I am very good with numbers and math so I studied this system, and it makes perfect sense and will work without me needing to change the way I live. It is just about moving your money from one account to another to my benefit just like the banks do. It will work if you just follow the system and what your strategist tells you.

The accelerated banking program is all that the Kwak bros have advertised. They have it set up for you to succeed. Patrick Grim was amazing as well he’s full of info he also quickly responds to texts and emails. This was big for me.
