After one year in the program, I’m on track to have my mortgage paid off in about 2 more years. I got off track for a few, but my coach Simon Steele has gone above and beyond to help me pivot to recover my footing. He helped me see where I could improve my cash flow on my investments and pump up my HELOC account. He knows his stuff and is generously sharing all kinds of helpful information. He has a YouTube channel and I’m now a subscriber so I can continue to follow and learn.

Accelerated Banking taught me how to better navigate lenders, pay down my home in 6 years, and provide an introduction to creating passive income through real estate investing. Highly recommend!

My experience with Accelerated Banking has been excellent. From start to finish, everything went well. I took action on all steps without delay, got my HELOC very quickly, subsequently paid off almost all revolving debts and lines of credit, and have been sticking to the strategy diligently. I am only in the first 1-2 months of using the HELOC as instructed, and so far so good. I am excited by the compounding nature of the process, but this time it's in my favor instead of the mortgage company. For someone who is willing to follow the process and stay on budget, I believe this program can very beneficial.

Outstanding product. I waited a year before I jumped in after purchasing this product. Fear of losing my 2.9 interest rate paralyzed me into sticking with my remaining 27-year mortgage.
