Accelerated Banking helped me refinance my HELOC with a limit that is more than triple my old HELOC, which was less than 3 yrs old.

Edit 29 June 2023 I am changing the rating based on my discussion with Kwak team. I was approached and heard in detail and presented with options and the way forward. I will come back with another update once I gain more confidence in what I am experiencing towards my expectation. The very fact that there was an intention to solve the issue was appreciated very much. 25 June 2023 The associate assigned to me would not even try to comprehend the problem. They gave me two bank options. One will not respond and the other changed its terms after in the middle of the process, I reached out to Kwak and told them it was not fair for me to work with just one option as this was not working well, instead of giving me some other options their associate made it look like that the bank was offering the best deal and I should go and grab it even at 12% average interest which I was not comfortable with. I wish I had a different review but it does not feel right.

The program really is fantastic! My problem is that I am not in the position to qualify. When I am able, I will definitely go with the Kwak Brothers. Why 4 stars? The only thing I did not like was talking to too many people. I started off with one. Then another, then another. You get the idea. When I found out I am not a good candidate for the program, Accelerated Banking sent my refund. Thanks y'all! I hope to do business in the future.

I understood the strategy after I saw a video from the Kwak brothers 4 times. I finally was able to get a HELOC. It has worked for me. Almost done paying my home. Thank you.

I watched the Kwak Bros. videos on youtube and was very interested in their presentation, but found it wouldn't behoove me to use the info because I was going to be selling my house sooner than later. Thus I opted out of the Program. However, I think the HELOC is a good tool for paying off a mortgage quicker, and both Joel and Sam were more than understanding as to my situation.
