Hey Mikkei. Just wanted to thank you for all your help & guidance in helping me secure my 1st position HELOC. That action has allowed me to eradicate (8) credit cards and (1) auto loan all totaling some $127K. Surprisingly managing all that debt I am now paying $400 less for my HELOC loan than I was for my mortgage loan. For reference from my 1st Accelerated Banking strategy session to the day my HELOC loan was officially open/active took literally 56 days. This HELOC literally saved my financial life.
