I placed and paid for an order. I received a confirmation. A day or so later I received an email stating my VISA acct would be receiving a credit for the amt of the order I had placed. No reason was given in that email. I placed a call to the number and left a message as requested. It has been three days I have not received a response. I will not place any further orders or trust in this company.

If didnt get what was ordered

I still haven’t received my product after two weeks.

My order was placed on 3/26 and a few days later it was cancelled and a credit issued. Never any contact to say why it was cancelled or who cancelled the order. I did not even know it had been cancelled until I tried to track it two weeks later. I thought it was a bad experience I will not deal with this company again.

We ordered online. You accepted our order and charged us while being fully aware that the item was not in stock. A few days later you Reversed the charge. You should not have taken the order in the first place.

Never received the order and or a refund to my credit card!

Placed an order 10 days ago, have not heard a word, no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation, NOTHING. Emailed customer service inquiring about my order - no response. Will be disputing the charges on my credit card since I did not receive anything. Will never use this bogus company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE PERIOD! CAN ONLY REACH THROUGH WEBSITE EMAIL. NO PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS! Placed my order on February 21st. The website clearly states stock and all orders ship within 24 hours. Took almost a week to get a tracking number and stated that it arrived at DSL distribution Center on February 26th. Now my order is credited due to a stock problem a week later. None of the emails I received were clear and understandable. I have been tracking a package that never shipped? DONE!
