The customer service from Jennifer Nguyen is absolutely top tier. She turned an error on our part into a successful purchase and experience. As it turns out, not only are the products world-class, so are the people. Jennifer has earned as much business as we can give you folks moving forward.

The customer representative was knowledgeable, so I got what I needed quickly. The products work wonderfully. The cost is affordable. What more could a human being ask for?

You could maybe ask for a pony? I'm not promising that we can get it, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

The turnaround times are very quick (1-2 days in my experience) and the free shipping is pretty fast. We've had good results with the Quantum products - extremely flowable, easy to dose, competitively priced, etc. We've found a 1:1 oz/pound yields the best results. Our only complaint is that their packaging is not eco friendly at all
Response from Abstrax HopsAug 4, 2025
Hey, that's awesome! Glad you're liking our Quantum Series! As for the packaging, it's all recyclable! Our packing peanuts are biodegradable and decompose in water. Our boxes are cardboard and can be recycled. And since Quantum comes in a small bottle, it is a drastic cut down on the shipping/storage and packaging of hops. Cheers!
