Scam! I ordered elf on the shelf kit on 10/22, well before December 1st. The tracking update emails they send just say that the package is in the US. No real info. I reach out to them and they send me another link for tracking and it's all in Chinese or Japanese symbols. Again, not helpful. The last tracking update email I got was 11/20 saying "in the us". I reach out for a refund and they refuse and say they can offer options if shipping is lost. It's clear it's either never been sent or lost. Unhelpful and scammers. Do not waste your money or time.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I ordered the 24 days of Christmas elf on a shelf kit on October 26th. I tried tracking the package it says it has been in the U S since 11/21 and hasn’t moved since. There is no way to contact the company. I am so disappointed not only am I out a lot of money but I don’t believe I will ever get the item! This was a surprise for my grandson’s and I’m so disappointed! This is a big scam do not waste your money!!!

If I could give a - ⭐️ review it would be -4. I ordered my 24 days of Christmas on the first week of October. I still have not received it. My items were last updated on November 18th and the tracking said that it was in another state. It’s been stuck there ever since. I went to the website to try to contact customer service. They have no email, phone number, not even a way to send a smoke signal. The address is so confusing. They don’t give you a street address. It’s more like a list of towns or cities? I would like to just get a refund and be done. I can’t find a way to even start the process. FAQ page says numerous time for issues regarding returns, cancellations to contact them. I wish I knew how to do that. This company is a joke.

I ordered an „Elf on the shelf“ 24 days package on October 10th. It said shipping would be about 3 weeks. First I got updates on the whereabout of my order nearly daily. Since Nov 6th I didn’t hear from them anymore. As Christmas aproches I contacted them to hear where my order was. The tracking number they gave me in only to be cecked on their own website. Also I asked, I wasn‘t told what shipping company my parcel is with. So I have no chance of checking if this delivery even exists! Only reply on my emails is: Please be patient! I wanted my money back- no answer. I ordered some other items from the states 3 weeks later and these have arrived just yesterday. I begin to fear that whole shop is just fraud and doesn’t exist at all!
