I ordered a lamp, and I never received it! I got a tracking code to follow the shipping and since I'm in Italy I knew this might have been a long waiting. However the shipping process stopped once it reached the North of Italy after clearing the customs tax (which is weird). I NEVER received the product, I just got some random answers from the customer assistance (we'll check, we'll inform, we'll see...). I stopped to ask their help and I just wrote to Paypal to get my money back and about 20min later they gave me my money back! (On their paypal profile they suggest to not ask for help to paypal as it will be a very long procedure, but to write to them first because it will be quicker and easy, FALSE)

The Elf on the Shelf 12 Day kit is a complete scam. I purchased it on 10/22/22. Right off the bat, I was overcharged by $11 for shipping. I reached out to their customer service email before the payment cleared Paypal and my bank. They did apologize and credit me that amount back. The box arrived Dec. 6. Since we only purchased the 12 day, we didn’t start using it until Dec. 12. It was obvious when I opened it that it was not as nicely put together as the advertisement on their website. Day 1 was supposed to be the arrival letter. All that was included was a little card that said “Arrival Letter.” I had to create my own letter since it was missing. Since then we’ve done 3 more nights and each night is missing a major component. If all I was looking for were ideas, I could have save about $44 and Googled a list, which is what I’ve always done in the past. The idea was do have activities for the elves packaged and ready to go each night. I reached out to the company again yesterday and the best they could offer was a $2 refund. I’m truly disappointed and saddened to see so many others who have had the same experience.

Scam I ordered elf on the shelf accessories on 10/31 and still have received nothing on 12/10 and money was taken out of my account totally do not recommend.

Total scam! Do not order anything off of this website. I ordered elf on the shelf kit on October 23rd and did not get until December 6th or 7th. Even worse, when I got the package it was a pile of crap. Most of it could not even be used. When I originally ordered this they "accidentally" charged me a higher amount. When I confronted them they asked for proof even though they could see what my invoice said vs the charge. At this point I feel I should dispute the charge with my bank. I even requested that they refund me for the amount of product I was unable to use due to getting it late. They have still declined. I think that was a very very fair request for the service and product received. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered elf on shelf kit- Postage took forever. When it arrived it’s full of flimsy plastic items, missing pieces and definitely nothing like what’s advertised. Definitely avoid this scamming website- waste of time and $$$!

Like other customers, my Elf kit took ages to arrive, but when it actually did it was a total pile of junk. The instruction cards for each day are clearly written by someone who does not speak English as a first language so a lot of it doesn't make sense. The packs are also missing key items and some of them are just useless junk. For example, one of them claims to contain 'magic snow' for the elf to do a snow angel in....waste of time as the 'magic snow' they had included was simply 5 plastic snowflakes that I'm unable to do anything with. Honestly, you'd be better off going to a $2 shop and buying your own props - I cannot believe I spent $50 on what is essentially useless junk that does the opposite of making my life easier with the whole Elf on a Shelf thing every night. Don't waste your money.

Good Morning, On October 30th I placed an order for the 24-day Elf Kit. It is now December 6th and I have not received my order. Based on the tracking number I received, the order status has not changed since Nov. 28th I sent an email last night to inquire as to where the order is, and I received another tracking number and completely different information. This information in the second message does not match the original email tracking information. I would like an answer as to when I will receive my package, or I want a refund!
