For ten days ago I ordered a small monitor and some other cinegear I need for an upcoming project. Hooked off the more expensive shipment alternative with priority airfreight, to make it sure my order would reach me in time for my film project. Since I never got an email of my order status I logged in and checked my order. This was now two days ago, I wrote the customer support a message, stating my frustration over the lack of information regarding my order. Never heard anything so far, and today is day 10 without any information and the status of my order still says "no shipment". Very disappointed as I thought of Abelcine as a serious business. I would strongly consider order from another agent if you have an alternative.
