Dear customer, First and foremost, please allow us to express our sincerest apologies for the lengthy wait time you've experienced over the past eight weeks and the inability of our customer service team to provide timely and effective assistance. We fully understand the feeling of being "blocked" you describe; this is not an experience any customer should have. After an urgent internal investigation, we have confirmed that your communication channel was not blocked. However, a serious system vulnerability or human error occurred, resulting in your multiple inquiries not being effectively addressed and routed to dedicated personnel for follow-up. We take full responsibility for this. We have immediately taken the following actions to correct the error: Order Status and Resolution: We have prioritized your order #[please insert order number]. Option A (Full Refund): We have initiated a full refund process for you. The refund will be credited to your original payment account and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Option B (Expedited Resend and Compensation): If you still require this item, we will resend it to you via express delivery within 24 hours and include [e.g., a $25 coupon/full-price waiver] as compensation to express our apology. Dedicated Follow-up: I have been assigned as your dedicated customer service representative for this case. Please reply directly to this email, and I will personally follow up until the issue is fully resolved. You can also contact me at any time by [providing your direct contact information, such as a more closely monitored email address]. We understand that no amount of explanation can compensate for the time and effort you have wasted in this process. We are not a company that intends to deceive our customers, but this incident has exposed a significant flaw in our service procedures. Your feedback is crucial to us; it helped us identify a problem that must be addressed. We sincerely hope you will give us an opportunity to remedy this serious mistake through our next concrete actions. We look forward to your reply to confirm your preferred solution. Sincerely,
