I purchased their 14 hour Florida contractor continuing education course. The sales page described it as “14 Hours with video,” but after purchasing I discovered that the course was essentially video only, with no visible text, PDF, or transcript alternative. I contacted AAA Construction School twice requesting a refund and explaining the problem. I received absolutely no response to either message. Because they chose not to respond or try to resolve the issue, I had to dispute the $69 charge with my credit card company. Chase reviewed the dispute and refunded the money. Very disappointing customer service. Even if a company does not agree with a refund request, the minimum I expect is a response to the customer. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another course from this company.

Course is advertised as 24/7 access until passing exams, got locked out after six months. each online course is 650 dollars, you have to pay another 150 per course if you would like to extend. Customer service is horrible.

Just got through an extensive course on the remodeling of houses. I completed the course and just can't believe the somersaulting result. The certified professionals were highly knowledgeable in their technical expertise. They were always readily available to discuss the progress of their work with us. The quality of course delivered was outstanding. Thank you AAA Construction School.
