They need to make their condition categories more clear to the public. The “Appears New” category is a sneaky way to push off As-Is products to people. The functionality is NOT guaranteed in this category!!! And if it doesn’t work, you cannot return it!!! Maybe they’ve changed their name to Haggle because of all the negative reviews they’re getting under the A-Stock name.

I have been using A-STOCK since it opened, I found an Apple Watch which I sold for 575.00. I bid on many items winning a few items. If you expect everything to be perfect don’t participate. I have found the manager is a great guy, all the employees are friendly. They do expect your items to be picked up on the stated dates. Overall it’s enjoyable.

They say things are new or appear new. Don’t trust that. A lot of the things new don’t work at all or are very damaged. Be very careful what you bid on.

I'm done with them. I go to get my stuff. They can't find it. It's in 99 which is a pallet bid. They should be shut down. Whole crooks. Not first time. I am getting lawyer. I talked to manager no help. Oh too close to closing time.. wtf

A stock is a rip-off, after bidding on a product that was listed at the Millington location , after I won the bid it said Johnson city which is 7 hours away . The item was about 11.00$. After reaching out to A-stock which I was advised to do by the local store,Astock refused to refund me due to their technical issues and terms
