12 years ago this page was funny with lots of users. Now its a racist incel shi**ole. Drowning in its own small dick energy dunning cruger pseudo-intelectualism. The sane and funny people left long ago. Also most of the posts are by bots, stolen from other sources, reposts and just lame.

I joined 9gag many years ago and had a lot of laughter scrolling through the memes. As of late it became very clear that the website became a political garbage tool. Avoid for your own sanity.

Shadow banning after reasonable conversations. I found it interesting to watch the dynamics of the platform while it shifted to a more and more intolerant hostile echo chamber. Guess I know now and won't waste more time with them.

Site shadow ban users to censor a free speech. Site uses fake accounts to promote overpriced dropshipping. Site uses fake accounts to automaticky post content stolen from other site. Lately implemented so agresive ads it has became unusable. I should also mention the onlyfans promotions that are going on there. Site uses fake amount of upvotes to show on posts, fake comment upvotes. Censores free speech about the platform, but support racism. Yeah, based in HK, after the takeover is really showing what red means.. Goodbye guys, after 10 years.

Your comments gets shadowbanned even when you are having a sober discussion. This ruins the conversation because you can't possibly know what gets ''deleted'' and what doesn't

Hostile, racist, distressing content and commenting. Something has happened there, some alienation in user base or something. It's not funny anymore. Although can't say is it all social media or just 9gag.

Es war mal recht gut dort. Nun die Anzahl derer, die rechte, rassistische, homophobe -Posts posten einfach zu hoch. Das Administrationsteam unternimmt rein garnichts dagegen. Sexueller Inhalt ist für Kinder sehr leicht einsehbar. Es ist ein Treffpunkt für Rassisten aller Welt geworden.
