I order a jumper on the 1 of December 2023 and it hast came I had to pay £30 shipping…. What a let down juice would be disappointed

So frustrated that this 999 Club charges my credit card and then does not process the order. I try to contact them and the “bubble” to chat with somebody does not work. On the email they tell you it will take 7 days for a response. I really think that this company is a scam...no clue when the item will arrive.

Its been 3 months+ and I still did not receive my goods. Its allways the same answer when I mail them. Don't order at 999 club. Its difficult to keep faith in them when they are acting like this.

It’s been 3+ months and still no tracking number or anything. They no longer respond to my emails either. Legal scammers is all they are.

I placed my order on January 16th and still haven't received it. the only response to emails about my order is WAIT. It's been almost 4 months

Hallo Leute, jetzt mal ne interessante Geschichte zu meiner Bestellung bei 999 Club. Vorweg ich bin ein riesen Fan von Juice WRLD und wollte mir mal einen Hoodie bestellen. Gedacht, getan. Ich hab am 28.11.2023 den Hoodie bestellt. Genau einen Monat später kam er an. Soweit, so gut. Die Tüte aufgemacht und erstmal doof geguckt. Print hat sich schon an ein paar Stellen gelöst. Erstmal direkt den Support angeschrieben und gefragt wie wir das jetzt lösen. Erst wollten sie nichts tun bis ich gesagt hab das ich ich zurück schicken möchte. Dann kamen die an mit nem 10$ Gutschein. 🤡 Nach weiteren Mails mit dem Support waren wir dann bei 25$ und dann bei 125$. Damit war ich dann zu Frieden. Das rumärgern hat 2 Wochen gedauert. Dann hab ich mir nochmal 2 t Shirts bestellt. Dies geschah am 24.01.2024. ich warte immernoch auf eine Versandbestätigung oder eine Antwort vom Support. Selbst sagen sie das sie 4-8 Wochen brauchen zum versenden da sie nach "print on demand" produzieren. Und nehmen sich 7 Tage Zeit um Support anfragen beantworten. Nach 13 Tagen immernoch keine Antwort. Habe jetzt die Bestellung storniert. Mal sehen was passiert. Fazit: Ich kann euch nur empfehlen dort nicht zu bestellen. Spart euch die Kopfschmerzen und eurer Geld. Kundenzufriedenheit wird bei denen ganz klein geschrieben.

Placed an order in January 2024 for delivery to the UK - now April and still no sign of the order being shipped. The Customer Service Team are now failing to respond.

I am a huge fan of Juice Wrld and I have been since 2014, I thought id finally get some of his merch as i seen a 5 year anniversary drfl drop that claimed to be limited, Not only was the drop not limited but the entire app is a scam. It has been over 3 and a half weeks, I have not received a single update after spending $100 and the absolutely absurd $15 shipping fee and that is with a " discount ". Some bot texted my number claiming that the orders are pre orders and take longer than usual ( 2 weeks ) it has been far past that and i have not so much have received an email that the clothes have been made. The entire app is the biggest scam capitalising on one of the greatest artist of all time. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The entire app is a SCAM!
