Scam! I placed an order Dec 9th as a Christmas gift and still haven't received notice about shipment. Based on these other reviews, I'm assuming I'll never get my order. I tried to email them but it just gets returned to sender. I'm going to try the chat but I assume that will be unsuccessful as well. It appears this is a scam as others have stated. Unfortunately, I found out too late

I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff 9 months ago I’ve emailed 20 times haven’t seen a thing I tried getting refund they won’t do it this company is a joke and juice would be disgraced at how poorly it’s being ran into the ground. Pathetic. People should really start looking into suing cause all they’re doing is scamming

Order JW7272749 was ordered in August 2024 and still have not received product or an email response. Now being Dec 17, 2024 not expecting anything from this company. If you like giving your money away then order from here. This company is a perfect example of why people are scared to order online without using PayPal or any other payment protection.

Hello, I want to express my dissatisfaction because it has been 7 months since I placed an order of over $200, hoping to receive my items. However, despite several email exchanges from both sides since October, I have received no updates. Since December, I can no longer send them an email. Beware, they are scammers! I am posting my order [#JW7252349] here in case they read my comment, although I highly doubt it.

I placed quite a large order on black friday last year, my order still hasn't even been shipped... Don't waste your money on this site, you'll probably not even get what you ordered. I have tried contacting them on multiple occasions, but I always get the same answer "we are truly sorry", I refuse to believe that an order which was placed over an year ago still wouldn't be able to be shipped. Last email I got in touch with them was in august, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, there's a chance you'll have to wait a year, that is if you get the clothes at all.

Do not buy from this website at all I bought 2 things from here in July and still haven’t received anything at all. I’ve emailed them so many times but never got anything back from them. I find it disgusting that they charge you so much for delivery as well is beyond. Basically I’ve wasted £160 on that site which I’ll never be getting. They should be ashamed of themselves
