Dont expect your order by the 6-8 weeks. All my orders have take 10+ if not 16 weeks to ship. Plus They’ve lost packages. They dont care about their customers. Terrible Customer Service, only solution they give is wait. Not worth it for Juice merch.

Bought 3 shirts back in september still no sign of it getting delivered and the company keeps telling me to wait. They told my I couldnt get a refund because it was a exclusive drop? Dont order!

Hi Denial, I am sorry you didn't have the best experience shopping with us. In rare occasions we do lose an order. I just checked and when you wrote to us we gave you the option to wait or to receive a refund. Please let us know if you prefer the product or refund!

Ordered 1 sweatshirt for Christmas on Nov 25. When we received confirmation of 3 sweatshirts ordered, we contacted them within 2 hours of placing order to cancel. Customer service told us it was too late to cancel, and all orders were personalized so they wouldn’t cancel. It is Jan 27, 9 weeks after order was placed, and we still haven’t received merchandise. This company is TRASH!!

Hi David - I'm sorry you had this experience. We do clearly state that all items are final sale. We have loosened our policy to allow cancellation within the first 24 hours of purchase.

DO NOT ORDER FROM 999 CLUB! I ordered October 31st, it is January 23rd and I haven't received my $200 order. They keep giving me the same excuse, be patient, it's taking longer than expected. TOTAL SCAM

Wish I had a look a reviews before ordering. I ordered a jumper almost 2 months ago and haven’t had any update or shipping confirmation, really makes me think, Do they even care about us the fans? Or is it just a money grab

I would rate (0) if it allowed. This company lies about expedited shipping and still charges customers. When confronted with their policy being bogus their support is rude. You are better off buying cheaper knock offs on EBAY than dealing with these crooks.
