After 30 days my score moved 18 points after 60 days only moved 50 points and asked to cancel also cancelled monitoring service. When my card did not work they used another card, They owe me $600.00 and was told this past friday after charging me that they would not charge but they did. Taking to court On Tuesday 5/6/2025 by the accounting dept. And was asked to cancel my dispute with my bank. I said only when $600.00 is returned to me. They offered on$199.00 that they charged my card without permission. I said no.

Do not believe any reviews on here. They are scams. My credit never increased in point and then I received this email many months later after nothing had been done. Not one point increase. I believe the previous trust pilot was deleted because the had many bad reviews. Do not go with this company. They don’t answer the phone and do not work in your credit.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. THEY TALK A BIG GAME, WITH NO RESULTS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR 3 MONTHS AND DO ABSOLUTLY NOTHING, AND THERE IS NO UP DATE OR COMMUNICATION FROM THEM YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM

Total scam, there is no activity after 30 days , promise to cancel if score doesn't increase by 100 points after 90 days is a lie. They just take your money with no communication and threats of legal action for their breach of contract. These people are crooks taking advantage of vulnerable people

False claims, they will take credit for even things you do. They will lie and do anything to keep your membership going for a year. They removed one thing from my credit, and instead of letting me cancel my membership they threaten to put me in collections. I’ve already paid over $500 for the removal of 1 thing. Please do not use them for credit repair.

I signed up for the services and they sent inflated scores on the 30 day progress report. None of the 3 score were even close to what is on the bureau reports. I bought the individual reports just compare them. When I confronted them on it.. things changed. I told them to cancel services and they kept saying I can’t. Red flag.. it ain’t legit if they refusing to cancel. Now they won’t answer my calls cause I’ve been calling because they keep trying to charge my call. My bank blocked their transactions. I’ve sent numerous emails and call a number of times to remind them I canceled the service. Don’t give this company a first thought let alone a second thought.
