I spoke to a representative just to get an idea of the services offered. He suggested to check my credit report and only told me I had to pay 1.00 to obtain it for him. I agreed on the 1.00 charge . He was very informative and knowledgeable. After that I told him I would review my options and call later to sign up as I am comparing other services and prices. That was January 16, 2026. Today January 28 I get a bill on my debit for 29.99 from some smart credit company. I advised I did NOT authorize this they proceed to tell me that this company 9 Day Credit signed me up. I did NOT authorize them to do so. They were not transparent or honest. I am also reporting this to CFPB and now have to contact my bank. I am spending half my day to correct this issue.

Horrible people charge people’s cards when the card wasn’t even supposed to be on file had other card on there and then they do the work in the last 90 days so your stuck with them the whole time wondering what the f you got into

This is a total scam. They charge you $199 a month, but their name fools you because you get locked into a contract for 180 days. My 90 day was up and saw no progress so I asked to cancel and stop taking payments from my bank. They ignored and said I’m obligated by contract to let the do ANOTHER 90 days. I cancelled my bank card and somehow they were able to get the details of my new card without me providing them that information. Don’t waste your time with this business. You’ll pay for nothing and end up losing in the end. Don’t let them fool you too.

I’ve been texting you guys for the link to update my account for payment nobody responded now the payment is due tomorrow and I will probably get a few phone calls I’m going out of town and tried to resolve this issue before we got to this point

Honestly, terrible experience. Credit dropped 71 points - be very careful of the contract you sign! They call it 90 days and convince you that your credit will increase by 150 points. After 3 months you are supposed to have a call with their team to review your progress but my 3 months came and went only for them to continue to charge my card. I’ve asked now 3 times for them to not charge my card, yet just today another charge went through for $199.00 .. save your money. Their reviews are not real.

If I could give no stars I would. They didn’t fix my credit at all. Credit score didn’t move. It’s been over 90 days and they won’t let me cancel my payment. The keep taking money even when I called bank and cancelled card. They tell me the manager will call but never calls. I’ve spoken with someone different 2 days in a row that tell me Manager will call but nothing. Spoken to 3 different people. This place is a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!

And as far as new accounts, the trade line you sold me through your partner company is the only account that's new. I would like a list of the negative items that were removed from my credit reports. You can send them v I a email or text. The new firm I hired said that there was nothing removed. So please send me a copy of what was done, cause if there was nothing done, then you have to refund me.\nRegardless of what your claws say. Stop selling product you have no guarantee on. I maxed out a card after you pressed me into purchasing a trade line. And it in it's self did not yield results. $600 for hard inquiry removal from Transunion and not the others,in 90 days. And $400 for the trade line am I credit didn't even budge. And in your claws, it said you wanna take credit for me paying down my bills,What is that. TransUnion is the easiest one.You can remove heart inquiries and everything else from if I had the time.I wouldn't hired you guys. I went back and read the disclaimer that you emailed me three months ago. You are the credit game all over again. The lost states, the credit bureau have to respond within 45 days.So you can contest and get results again.You did not do that. And then you tell me I have to buy 2 more trade lines to see something. When you promise me by November 13th I will see results. My credit increased because I paid down on credit cards in car notes after you did not deliver. I had to wait to see what you can do. Before I left any review on BBB and other platforms. Deliver on your promises or refund , some of the money back to the customers. You did remove hard inquiry from one credit bureau within 90 days.But not within forty five days. But\n It still was not worth 800 to a $1000.\n And you wanted me to pay that for another 90 days. They did not stand by their guarantee. They did not deliver on the deadline they said they guarantee. Don't wait forty five days extra to drag something out to get more money out of the customer. You sell a product to the consumer stick by the name.

Scam Title: Stay Away – Total Scam I wish I could give them zero stars. These people are complete scammers. They promised to increase my credit score by 150 points within 90 days. I even told them I’d be happy with 50 points—just show me some progress. After 5 months and 5 payments, nothing changed. Not a single point was added, not one negative item was removed—in fact, my score dropped nearly 90 points. When I tried to cancel, it took over two months just to reach someone. They kept saying the “case manager” had to call me back, but he was never available. Meanwhile, they kept charging my account. They also sold me a supposed $25,000 Chase credit line for $169 per month, claiming it would report to my credit within 4 weeks. It never did. After 2 months, still nothing was reported. Later, the case manager suddenly changed his story, saying I’d need to buy 3 or 4 of those accounts for it to “work.” This is hands down the biggest scam I’ve ever fallen for. Please be careful—don’t waste your time or money. I have texts, emails, and call logs to prove everything I’m saying. I finally managed to cancel after months of frustration, but I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake
