Built my account up to 16 Million; logged out. The next day only had 2 million. I contact support twice and they won’t return my stollen coins. No support at all. They are robbers! DON’T PUT ANY MONEY INTO THIS APP AS THEY STEAL IT. I would like 8ball support to return my stollen coins. Regardless of the poor support and complaints about AI; this is a fun app if ones wins or loses but the fact of having stollen coins and asked support to help and they didn’t respond and replace my stollen coins is poor. They did respond by AI email but did not resolve my complaint. So, I still say NEVER PUT ANY REAL MONEY INTO THIS APP AS THERE IS NO SUPPORT WHEN IT IS STOLLEN.

This is gaming at its worst! The programming is designed to cheat players, and allow others to tun cheat programs. There allowing them to make completely impossible shots continuously. If you want to play fair, and play a legit game against fair players, this is not the game. I have complained to the operators and programmers and it just gets worse.

How is this sh...te a pool game, just played 6 games, I mean 🤔 not 1 break out of the 6 games and just watched the other player pot all the balls 6 times. Shut the game down after X6 watching someone pot all the balls This is not a pool game when you never get a shot

Hi there, this game used to be so much fun. People, including myself, used to play until 2 or 3 in the morning. Unfortunately, now it's not the same. Cheating has become a big issue, and it's making the game unfair and less enjoyable. I brought this to the attention of the game's creator a while ago when I noticed people cheating. It's really not fair to others. Even now, players are using tricks that allow them to hit shots they shouldn't be able to make easily. It's frustrating, and it's driving people away from the game. There are fewer players now because of the fear of scams and cheaters, and it's a waste of time. Please, creator, do something about it. If you can bring the game back to the way it used to be, I believe many of us will return and start playing again. The game's current standards have really declined, and I apologize for saying this, but I hope you can see it too. Please take action and bring the game back to its former standard. Thank you. Kind regards

What can I say that's positive about the game, the answer is nothing at all. When so called players can hit a ball perfect every time whilst not even aiming at it is ridiculous! It is quiet obvious that these players are full time cheats and miniclip does NOT want to do anything about it at all, I have messaged them on several occasions but they come back with the same old rubbish!

i was with a club called Palestine we were like 40 players imagine what 8bp did they deleted the Palestine club but kept the isreal club like we are not humans...

I've played over 18000 games on there and although there are some really dodgy wins, I've always turned a blind eye because it wasn't that frequent and I would just put it down to bad luck until today when I have been playing in the higher tier tables. One opponent specifically just called pocket and potted balls without the cue moving. Even on the 8 ball his shot went through three of my balls, hit the 8, banked off the cushion and in the middle pocket without his cue loading on the screen! The very fact miniclip has had this problem for years, I've decided to delete the app

I have been playing 8 ball pool for a very long time and have put up with the endless hackers and mod cheats, etc. I'm at my wits end with the lack of aftersales service from them! I paid for the "Pool Pass" as I have done on many occasions...I contacted them to ask why they had taken three payments and they said it was probably a payment problem and to send them all the relevant receipts ,pictures of the transactions which I did straight away...over the following weeks I was getting nowhere being told they don't do refunds and to resend...again and again I wasted time resending them getting nowhere! I eventually contacted my bank and they looked at it and said it may of been a computer error and my bank refunded it...Good job I thought and that's what I should of done after being fobbed off...There's one problem with doing this....They have somehow put me in a cheats game version of 8 ball pool where I can only play bots and mods that beat me every time...I can't play high stakes on 9 ball when I try to play a 10m game It ends up being as low as a 100 coin game.I have spent £100's over the years building my cues and hold 6B in coins,etc....They are completly ruthless and could not careless about customer service! Automated Request..Just been asked by miniclip to rate them ..Unbelievable! THIS IS A COMPLAINT FOR THE LINE MANAGER IN CHARGE! I can only presume a computer error was responsible for taking three payments of the "Pool Pass" I purchased ! .I supplied ALL receipts requested In the first instance receipts of the card I used ,dates, times, etc and when that was not enough I produce ALL the APP transaction receipts which is where I originally downloaded the APP ...over next several weeks I had to chase a response and the same requests kept being asked...I eventually asked the bank to take a look at the three transaction which were very easy for them to find as they were within minutes of each other after getting nowhere with your customer services...The bank said straight away that it was an error! I have been on holiday to Spain since and when I came back my game has been put into what I can only describe as a "non playing state" I can only play cheats, bots and player's with mods,etc....I have spent a lot of money over the years building my cues and did hold nearly 7Billion coins,etc...I have left my team that I built up as I can not contribute and feel I am letting them down....Your Customer Care is very much the opposite ...I can only assume your such a big business that after care does not mean anything to you! I have been treated very unfaily and have produced everything that was requested and just keep facing the same standard automated responses!
