Total scam , players with scores under 50 doing impossible cushion shots

A classic money scam. Game is rigged so everyone gets an average of 50 percent win rate. The owners sell the cheat hacks so when you play for large amounts of "coin", often youre instantly defeated by a series of "trick shots" and they refuse to tackle the problem because it generates income. When you complain, your are met with a 500 word email of disingenuous lip service crap stating how they take cheats so seriously but even once they steal your coins they are under no obligation to refund you and thats policy. How convenient. Ruthless greedy and dishonest is the only way i would describe the owners.

To many cheaters but mini clip the biggest of all for not cutting it out boycott this game till they do something about it.

Il utilisent un algorithme pour vous faire perdre! Je l’ai vécu ce soir.. une partie que je n’ai pas cliquée franchement dans le menu déroulant, avec un gros enjeu, je me suis retrouvé face à un joueur avec un niveau nettement inférieur au mien ( et qui n’a donc pas joué beaucoup de parties puisque le niveau monte vite..), une queue sans aucun miveau qui sert au deux premières parties puisque on peut augmenter les niveaux rapidement mais jusque là, ça reste plausible! En revanche, il a fait des coups qui défient les lois de la gravité et de la physique!! Je m’amuse beaucoup avec ce jeu mais sachez qu’il semble truqué!!

I’ve been playing and loving this game for years, but what happened today was ridiculous. I lost 5 million coins in just 20 minutes. I’m a small-scale player, usually playing around 200k–500k. Every time I break, I use the same cue, the same power, and I don’t even move the ball before the break. Yet the outcome is different every single time. Why? Some players seem to be using bots. They pull off completely impossible shots again and again, and somehow they always make them. I even play on a large-screen device and use a ruler to check whether my shots are perfectly straight. Still, the ball somehow bounces off the pocket instead of going in. Then I join another game, and the same thing happens. They break, make an impossible shot, and win the money. Honestly, this game has become an absolute joke. I don’t mind losing when I make a mistake. But when the outcome feels completely inconsistent and some players seem to be making impossible shots, it’s incredibly frustrating. Something seriously needs to be looked into. Or perhaps the game development team want us to pay the money??

Company don’t have any control on hackers what’s point running this game if you can’t handle it.

Game is a scam. Several times I've wond a 10j game and haven't got my winnings. Every time I get over 25k coins I go in a huge losing streak until I have nothing left. I won't 500k coins on a spin and within 2 days was on zero has could hardly win a single game with the opponent making.ire and more ridiculous shots. Sometimes when I cut the ball it barely moves but an opponent does the same shit and it's perfect. Sometimes the aim is pointed directly at the pocket (I have checked with a ruler) and it misses, soft shots even bounce out of the pocket when I get up to around 25k. I think I this game forces losses to incentivise you to pay
