I'm sorry the shirt didn't meet your expectations. We are issuing you a complete refund. Because we source from so many officially licensed t-shirt providers we don't always have full control over the final product but we do have control over how we react when our customers aren't satisfied.

Sergio is upset because we refused to engage further with him due to his abusive language towards our staff. Due to licensing reasons if you place a large order from us it's likely you will receive your order in multiple shipments coming from different parts of the USA and arriving on different days. Sergio forgot to put an apartment number in his address when he placed his order. One of the packages was delivered anyway, most likely because the person delivering that day knew his apartment number. But other packages arrived on different days and were returned to sender because that person didn't know his apartment number. As we usually do we reship the orders once we have the complete address information and we don't charge the customer. In other words we eat the extra cost of shipping as part of our effort to be great at customer service. The problem with Sergio is that he used abusive language before even giving us a chance to help him. Eventually our customer service team made the decision to ban him as a customer and refunded the money for any items that we did not resend to him. So Sergio's order was fulfilled or refunded and we banned him as a customer due to his cursing and abuse to our staff. We make no apologies whatsover to Sergio. If you look at our history on trust pilot you will see that we make every effort to provide excellent customer service, and some people just can't be helped.

Hi Donald, I looked over the email correspondence with you and it seems you were especially aggravated by the fact that we only offer customer service via text. We are a completely remote team selling exclusively online, so email and sms text are the most efficient way for us to offer customer service. Also you were angry that we asked for a picture of the problem shirt. If we weren't to ask for a picture of damage we'd either be required to insist that we get the shirt back or we'd open ourselves up to people saying a shirt has an issue even if it doesn't. And we do guarantee that our shirts are free from defects or we will replace them. We were going to send you a replacement but based on your emails we decided it was best just to refund you for the defective shirts. A quick scroll through our Trustpilot reviews will show that most people find our customer service to be quite responsive and polite and that we make the experience as smooth as possible. Most customers do not mind sending pictures. And most customers enjoy the experience even when something goes wrong. We truly do care about making things right when they don't go smoothly.

I'm sorry that you received some products that weren't up to par with our normal quality. We always take care of all of our customers and you will receive shirts that match our pictures and descriptions on the website.

Hi Peter, You ordered on June 28th. The FREE shipping method you selected has an average delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks. We are now just one month later and it's possible it could take another month to arrive.

We had issued a complete refund because shipping was slow due to production time delays caused by Covid-19 and slow transit times due to the same. One top of that the quality wasn't what the customer expected but we had already issued a complete refund.

We issued you a refund on July 2nd for that shirt that hasn't arrived. Shipping times on our international mail packages are taking very long to Canada to due Covid-19 and production times were affected as well. I am sorry it has taken so long to arrive.

We have a 100% guaranteed satisfaction. You can send it back for a full refund. Since I don't know your real name it's impossible for me to say which blank your tee was on but Gildan makes some very nice ring spun cotton and cotton poly tees, they also have a version that doesn't use those materials. But just because the name is gildan doesn't say much about the tees.
