I just received my snap on smile top and bottom. What a complete waste of money. It's a complete scam please don't fall for it as I have. It's not only a size problem it's completely unusable. Not as it's advertised. They wouldn't have gotten away with it in the UK. Selling complete garbage. I'm very disappointed with this after waiting such a long time.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Shocking service. Terribly slow delivery, as soon as they have your money it appears as if they don’t care what service you receive. Even now, over a month after the order, it says it’s just leaving the country of origin now which is China! Something very off about this website/service. I encourage everyone to avoid at all costs.

I ordered the magical teeth brace/ snap on smile. It looks like the play teeth for kids found in the coin machines. If it wasn't for the pandemic I definitely would return it. So disappointed

I paid almost SGD30 for their youtube advertised all in one hair trimmer. Actual goods received is an extremely poor quality mini trimmer without the advertised comb attachment. The trim head is so small and weak and jammed at contact with hair! They gave 2 pieces of transparent comb like cubic attachment which is totally not functional. Definitely missed represented this product in YouTube. I'm asking for a total refund and return. Let's see if they honour their 30 days refund guarantee.

Never again! The company is based on Berlin but to receive a 100% refund for their mistake you need to return it to CHINA, so be sure that you what you are ordering is correct! When I complained that product ordered was different to the one I got (even the seller didn't notice!!) the most I got as a refund was 20% cause I couldn't send it back (high shipping costs) despite their mistakes. I'd avoid these dropshippers, the censorship of overwhelmingly bad reviews is a red flag. Edit: My review has unsurprisingly falsely flagged as other reviews have. I have reported this seller to TrustPilot

Do not buy from this company! They’re scamming people out of their money! I ordered my product 2 months ago and never received it! The company denied my refund stating they shipped the product but the tracking info says usps awaiting item Meaning the label was created but the product was never shipped! If you delete my comment I will contact my lawyer the FTC and the Department of Justice!
