I have been waiting a MONTH for my waist trainer everytime I track it , it says "arrives today" I've contacted via email & phone and have received no response ! I've never waited this long for a package esp with no answers to where it is !

The customer support of 7secondsmile does not respond to my complaint. I write to them three times but no response! The return policy makes it close to impossible to get a refund. I will not buy from them again.

I purchased a pair of boots from 7 seconds smile on October 08, 2019 I did not receive the boots until June 5th 2020. The boots I received were defective. After many emails to the company customer service, at 1st they told me they would give me a refund. Subsequently, they say it has been too long that they can't give me a refund. That I should file a claim with pay pal. Paypal opened dispute, then immediately closed it. Now $32.00 lost! This is ridiculous. It took SEVEN months to get to me, and then they were defective. There is a hole where boot material meets sole of boot. They refused to return my money. Do not buy from this company. 6/19/2020 UPDATE: After direct message on twitter, many chats with paypal, and their review of the documentation regarding the above issue, I was finally REFUNDED. It took EIGHT MONTHS to resolve this purchase, so I am confident in saying... DO NOT BUY FROM 7secondsmile!!

Make sure you read returns policy. Ordered a sports bra for my daughter, what arrived looked nothing like the image on the order. When I asked how to return it - I was told I can only return to an address in China at my own cost or get a 30% refund. The return costs would be higher than the cost of the item. Best to steer clear.
