This site seems like a scam. I have been waiting over 2 months for my order. I want my order or a refund asap. I emailed on 16th June to ask where my order is and I am still waiting for a response.

Got the Ultra Slimming Device, got the wrong plug with it. Its extremely flimsy, not wireless so theres wires everywhere. Just awful! Took a month to get to me as well.

I'm still waiting on my order it has been a month now.

I do not reccomend anyone order from this site; especially if considering the sports bra. The quality of the product was exceptionally low, and differed greatly from what was shown online. My dissatisfaction is great, and I wish I had listened to the low star reviews before I placed my order.

Ordered a nail kit for my daughter it failed to arrive. Their tracing info says it was posted 4th June through letterbox but it didn't arrive. I asked for refund or replace but they expect me to contact Hermes myself! Explained that my contract is with them theirs is with Hernes so they need to sort that aspect out. I just want my item. Still on the plus side I can soon block their spam emails from filling up my inbox with junk!!! Just be wary guys their adyersales service isnt great.

I bought the teeth veneers,they arrived soon in the mail box and tried them on, they looked terrible, they didn't fit and they scratch on my gums. Straight away I took them off and threw them in the bin. I can't believe I was so foolish to purchase this product. WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered polygel nail kits and it’s been 3 months and I haven’t received any item and the company REFUSES to tell me what’s going on and give me a refund.

This is my second time writing this review because the company attempted to take it down because they think my feedback is ruining their rep. But if you don’t like negative feedback, I suggest don’t ask for feedback at all. When they arrived. They didn’t fit and were completely useless to me. I tried to get a refund and they said they’d only pay me 20% back because I was “too late on the return date” even though on the website it states 60 day return and I was writing this email a week after they were purchased. As soon as I pointed it out to them that they were false advertising, they stopped replying to me. The past 2 weeks I’ve emailed them 3 times and they’re completely ignoring me because they know I saw that they were being untruthful and that I figured out the website stated different. They are SCAMMERS. Don’t let these people take your money because they will not play fair if the product is unsuitable, I still haven’t got my money back from them.
