I had spent nearly 8 months trying to work on a Squarespace e-commerce site because the support was not only completely lacking, but making things far worse, that platform is extremely limited. I had researched Shopify in detail, but was at the point where I needed to get a professionally created e-commerce website up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible...after asking around I was referred to these guys by multiple different people. From the initial intake interview throughout the entire process their team was professional, patient, and took time to deeply and specifically understand my needs. They took a deep dive into what I had already created on the Squarespace platform and spent a great deal of time finding out exactly what I needed, page by page, line by line. Throughout the process they not only kept me updated, but utilized a platform called Basecamp to keep things organized and moving forward. Even though the Shopify platform had some limitations in regards to how I needed to structure my very specific and pretty complicated offerings, they were able to find and implement the most appropriate third-party apps and solutions to accomplish exactly what I needed!
