Fast, knowledgeable and communicated the information perfectly.
I asked the assistance team questions concerning one of their products. My questions I would assume are not typical, it related to technical aspects of the product that most consumers would not consider. A lesser service would not be able to answer such questions with basic knowledge of the product. The 7 keys assistance team went above basic knowledge to answer my questions in an easy to understand manner. Not only was the quality of the service excellent, i was also served almost immediately (questions asked 1:28 AM PST, questions responded to 1:29 AM PST). I assumed because the service advertised the ability to have the team’s reply sent to my email, and the technical nature of my question meant that I would have to way a significant amount of time before my question would be responded to; but fortunately that was not the case. Amazing overall experience.
