I know many listeners, and generally, I'd describe them as empathetic, patient, and helpful! 7Cups provides training guides and has guidelines that make the listening work well managed. It's awesome to find free support, it helps the population that cannot reach professional help yet, and those who have a psychotherapy process to find additional support. Regarding the platform, it is very GOOD organized. It has forums, sharing circles, 1-1 chats, training guides and academic free programs.
