I am a provider of mental health services and this site has fraudulently stolen my information and posted it on thier site without my permission. They say I have given them permission and then give the impression that people are sending me a message through their site but this is not true. They are lying and defrauding the public.

The admin keep on deactivating my listener account over and over again with zero reason. Its just wrong, they give no reasons just deactivate when there are mentally not okay people who need you for support left on your chat with no support. Things like this can cause suicide or mental breakdowns, this company has zero duty of care to vulnerable people.

I wish I could give them a zero! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has NEVER interacted with 7cups. I never heard of them until another therapist friend told me they had stolen her information and posted it on their site. I went to check, and my information was there as well. It is as if I work for them, and I do not work for them! I own my group practice with therapists who work for me. This company stole my profile from another website without my permission and posted it on their site. This is FRAUD! It is unethical and illegal! The BBB and FTC have been informed. I do not work for them. How can anyone trust this company?

I am a licensed therapist and recently discovered that 7 Cups created a profile for me using information from professional directories — without my consent. This unauthorized profile misrepresented my practice, as I have no affiliation with 7 Cups. It appears that 7 Cups has created profiles for numerous therapists without permission, raising serious ethical concerns and potentially misleading clients while violating our rights as professionals. When I contacted 7 Cups to request removal of the profile, they gave me a “special offer” to claim it free for six months, after which I’d be charged $29.99/month. Only after multiple requests, an FTC complaint, and a BBB complaint did 7 Cups finally remove the profile with my information.

What a scam. They have talen my Licensed Marriage Family Therapist profile and put it on their site without my permission. It doesnt lead to me but their "professional listeners" whatever that means. I have demanded that they take my profile down and will be reporting to the FTC as fraud
