I found 7 cups in middle-school. I was too embarrassed to ask for professional help. Being able to find an outlet to channel my trauma really helped me. It allowed me to safely express my thoughts and feelings without being judged. Today, I volunteer as a listener and I've never been more proud! The community is always finding new ways to grow and become better people. 7cups beautifully allows members to communicate their needs anonymously. Listeners go through training and continue to train which makes them compassionate and understanding. I strongly recommend 7cups.

It is a very good platform and website for those who want someone to talk to to let out their emotions. Being a listener has taught me how to help others and be more empathetic.

hello! i have been using 7cups for around 3 years now, both for seeking support and providing it. Its come a long way and i think its a great website if you're looking for a place to vent or get support.

Well I'm an schizophrenic. Sometimes I just let the time passes without no motivation and nothing to do. I spend some time just to find that THERE IS anybody out there, and anybody can hear me. I used to be called fool, idiot, brain dead sometimes when I played games. I guess that is right, I'm nothing special. But in there I just feel I'm not the only person with this things in my mind. Surly 7 cups is good.

They do a good job of weeding out the weirdos who just want to sex chat or bully people -- I appreciate the quality control and I hope they keep it up as the website grows.
