7 Cups helped me very very much when I was really depressed and unmotivated. It wasn't the only thing that helped me, but it was a huge factor. I've never written a review before, but I guess 7 Cups has inspired me to, haha. The site helped me to realize that I'm not isolated or alone in my problems -- really, not just through a quote, but from real experiences. There are other people, tons of them, with the same experiences and problems as me. It really truly helped to talk about those problems with those people. Highly reccomended. Thank you!

Great experience being in this platform. Such a beautifu platform, where volunteer listen members who are facing any problem. Here listener listens members thought and feelings without judging and giving advice. So that member will feel overwhelmed and relieved for being heard. There are therapist also available who can support, if anyone need professional support with nominal cost. A Self motivated, open forum where you can learn many things to enhance your listening skills and resolve problems through different forums. Thanks 7 cups team for creating such a wonderful platform for a novel thought.

7cups is an excellent community. I have received much support since I have joined 7 cups. Listeners are available to support people through the problems. It is wonderful.

7 cups honestly might be one of the best websites in existence. I joined as a member back in 2015, and it really helped me so so much to get through life at a time when I didn't have access to a therapist. People are caring, the leadership is caring and listens intently to feedback... it's such a great site. I'm a Listener now and have been off and on since 2016, and I'm doing the Internship program now. That's a great program, too. The whole site is so compassionate. I'm glad to be part of such a great group of people, and I'm glad that I have the opportunity to help people, and the training, guidance, and peer support to do it effectively. I have watched 7 cups grow in my several years here. They are always coming up with new ideas. I recommend 7 cups to everyone (and have recommended it to many people in my life already). It's awesome.

7 cups is a great place. I went there for help and ended up as a volunteer. My father had passed away and I was having an awful day. I am now studying Marketing with them to help out on the site.

This site is such a fantastic idea and experience. It is an incredible thing to manage to construct such a productive experience with Volunteer. I simply feel calm after going through the site and I HIGHLY recommend anyone who feels a little down or needs suppport.

Great platform for people to go when they want to talk about issues in their life and have an active listener to support them on the challenging times in their journey. It may not be the only supports they need, but it is really helpful to be included in the plethora of supports they might have.
