I am a member as well as a Listener on 7 Cups. As a member i have been venting on 7 cups, taking mindful exercises, participating on Forums for my personal growth. It has helped me overcome my issues from time to time. During my good days as a Listener i have connected with and helped a number of people. I think 7 cups is the only platform on the internet which provides the best counselling both paid and free.

This website is full of wholesome people. When I first joined it as a member, I was in need of some help. The help I received from the listeners here inspired me to become a listener. Sometime, I do have to wait a lot to receive general help, but other than that it's an amazing place to vent and receive meaningful help!
