I have always had a good experience talking to people over here as a member and as well as a listener. 7 cups is an amazing app where you'll find non-judgemental people who genuinely want to listen to you and offer you a kind and caring listening ear.

I found 7 cups as I tried to find online therapy which are free, and it was at first quite a hard experience. The listener I had wasn't available and in the end I didn't really seek help anymore. After a week, I decided to be a listener, where we as listeners are required to help members who wants to talk about something. The training was fulfilling, and I loved the part where there are other aspects that I can ace on in the training. Not only do they give a brief information regarding a topic, but they give quizzes to make sure we're on the right track. Not all online therapies have this as their safety measures. There are always those who impersonate others in order to prank or to just troll, but really, most listeners are ready to listen to whoever needs it :) !

This app is such a beautiful healthy place ! I'm so glad mental health is now more than ever valued and 7 cups is a sign of it ! Although not all listeners are certified psychologists , active listening is actually the skill that dominates 7 cups and it's so crucial to make someone feel heard and seen!!! The mentors are amazing and there are several programs and the app has become more structured.

7 cups has given me such great room to grow! 7 cups genuinely gave me a better understanding of people, and that no two people feel the same, 7 cups is a good learning opportunity. 7 cups has also made me feel better about myself, knowing that I did something good today. Keep it up!

The idea of this web is great, but... I am a female listener there, I came to volunteer with a will to help and support, however I was harassed so many times by various members. Some of them get blocked and then come back with a new account. Also, any proper support for listeners is ongoing, listeners basically are volunteers, and have zero benefits from this web, spending their free time there. This way not so many good listeners want to stay there for a long time. Benefits would be great, maybe a free chat session with a therapist or so. This would definitely be more motivating and encouraging.

Good place to get support. 7 Cups provides listeners, and when you need to vent that can be really helpful. Listener training is pretty brief, though, and could be better to ensure quality listeners
