The whole idea behind 7cups is praiseworthy with compassionate listeners to offer their friendly ears in hearing out your concerns and creating the safe space to talk about matters you'd otherwise feel uncomfortable sharing ultimately giving the sense of being heard.

There are at times challenging situations that may need to be referred in cases or at times handled with appropriate action. There is also training and certification to assist with pertaining skills and more. Though 7cups needs some improvement like there are some listener not verified and not so good in listening skills. Overall it can be said to be producing a good effect because it really does it's job when you find right listener for you.
