I am both a listener and a member and cannot tell you how much this has been a fantastic experience for me. As a listener I've received a lot of training and have an unbelievable mentor and have met kind people from all over the world. As a member I have found the listeners to be nonjudgmental and kind. Whether you are interested in becoming a listener or just need somebody to chat with I cannot say enough good about 7 cups.

Good website for volunteers as well as members of the site to be able to get the help they need at little to no cost. I have enjoyed my time as a volunteer at 7 Cups thoroughly and continue to enjoy my time there.

7 Cups is a wonderful platform to receive or provide support. It has a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive community. I'm grateful to be a part of it. Moreover, it gives you many opportunities to gain knowledge and strengthen your leadership skills.

I have been a listener and a member both on the site from a while now, and I must say this is a great platform as it continously contributes to helping people deal with their emotions by providing listeners who act as a source for the members who are struggling in their day to day lives. It helps people tremendously and even for the listeners, the site provides absolutely effective and amazing sources to learn and enhance their skills better. As a listener I have got every help that I needed, I love how the app takes mental health and these strategies very seriously and is the best platform I came across in years!

As a listener, it has been a super experience on the site :) It's satisfying and fulfilling and so wholesome when you have a breakthrough with a client! 7cups is just a wonderful resource out there for people who just need someone to listen to them. I've been using it as a member since 2015. Just in May of 2023 I decided to become a Listener. The resources available to listeners and members are so vast and wide. You can find support for almost anything you are struggling with. I'm so thankful to the 7cups community <3

7Cups! A life-changing space. I discovered the site in 2016; it has been all shades of amazing. Perhaps the best listening space on the planet.

I have been with 7Cups for a significant number of years now, and every day is one where I learn something new and am able to help someone else in their own journey through life. My experience has been from both sides of this member-listener platform, where I was seeking help for the first year and then decided to give back for the following and continue two years after I recovered. So, I feel like it is valid for me to actually vouch for both sides being absolutely fabulous and so enriching for my soul in every manner. While I was a member, I interacted with multiple listeners, all of who guided me the best they could, through my difficult times. On, the other hand, being a listener gives me the opportunity to learn about and interact with such a variety of interesting people and situations that really help my mind get thinking about if and how I would manage myself if I was in their place. Ofcourse, like any other professional platform, there have been times when the people I came across were not exactly the ideal type I would hope to meet here, but I would not hold that against 7Cups on the whole. The individuals on the platform are independent of the goals of the platform on the whole. Overall, my experience with this platform has been nothing less than wonderful. When I first downloaded their app all those years ago, little did I know that it would be becoming such an important part of my life today. 7Cups has given me a community where I feel like I belong, where I can feel like I can thrive, and where I get the chance to give back to this platform, that saved my life.
