Sevencups is such a great resource for finding a non judgmental place where you can vent and be supported by trained volunteer 'listener' a great place where you can start to have conversations around your your mental health and wellbeing.

I feel connected to the people are around the world. Its amazing experience to listen people and provide them a place to vent anonymously.

I can assist people by listening and ease their burden by letting them expressing at the safest online platform for mental health issues. I was a normal member until i got to be a verified active listener few days ago. My passion towards helping 7 cups member as their support is increasing day by day. I do hope i can make use this opportunity to help more people in this platform.
