Aside from the post office being slow, my experience was great! I love the mugs I purchased and am excited to give them to my friends for Christmas! I bought one for myself too and can't wait to use it! Packaging was excellent and the mugs arrived with absolutely no damage.

I love my tumbler. It's beautiful, colorful, lightweight. More then I expected. Looking at the inside and seeing that it's a thick tumbler or well installed. The plastic top is a hard top, very well sealed. Fits tumbler tight no spills. Loving this tumbler
