I ordered a Tumbler for my mom and it was delivered a little after two weeks of ordering it, it was exactly as I wanted. The only thing that I would say as a place for improvement would be the communication between the shipping carrier and 64 custom I had to continuously message customer service about the order status and shipping status because Dhl had not updated their systems in a timely manner.

I ordered a custom camping mug and was very pleased when I received it. Communication about where in the process my mug was was very informative and helpful. Shipping was fairly quick and the product I received was exactly what I expected. I would purchase from this company again :)

It takes a little while on the shipping, so if you are purchasing for a gift, plan ahead. That being said, my cup is exactly what was advertised. The color is beautiful. A big plus, the cup I bought has a lid that provides a place for a straw! I would definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered 2 travel mugs, shipping was slow but I was soo happy with the products when they arrived. The colours and decal is vibrant and the detail is unbelievable !!!! Well worth the wait ❤️ Definitely will be ordering again in the future , thank you guys 😊

Excellent product!! Love the materials and quality. I would have given 5 stars but shipping was slow and it was almost a month getting to me. I wish there was a bigger size than just the 20 oz though.
